Fairmont State University is excited to announce our LLC housing options.
An entire page of the housing application is designated to joining an LLC. Simply select your LLC preference on that page. Once you select your preference please contact our office at Reslife@fairmontstate.edu to be placed in the designated LLC. This is an option for all students. As an example, if you are an STEM student, but would prefer to live in a University Terrace Semi-Suite, you can opt not to join the STEM LLC. Although we believe that LLCs are beneficial to all students who join, it is not a requirement. Some of our LLCs have deadlines, so don't forget to apply early!
