We understand the importance of family, and we strive to make it a key value here. We provide an atmosphere that is inclusive and welcoming so all Falcon families feel supported and empowered.

The goals of our Parents and Family Program are to:

  • Serve as a central resource for parents and families and enhance strong partnerships for student success.
  • Develop and enrich parent and family involvement opportunities throughout the university community
  • Provide information about the student experience at Fairmont State.
  • Foster tradition, pride, and investments in our community.

Letters from Home

Letters from Home is a new program here at Fairmont State University that keeps you and your student connected while your student is with us at Fairmont State. To participate in the program, simply download the template to your computer, type your message, and email it to falconfamily@fairmontstate.edu with your student's name in the subject line.

This will allow you to write a letter to your student at any point in the year and it will be delivered straight to their room.

If you have any questions please reach out to falconfamily@fairmontstate.edu.
