The following timeline represents the expected timeline of the rollout for Coursedog's Scheduling Cloud, Curriculum Cloud, and Assessment Cloud.
All available program- and course-level data from academic year (AY) 2019-20 to AY 2023-24 is being downloaded for you. However, if you require program-level data from AY 2018-19 or earlier, you will need to download that information. Please refer to this instructional video for guidance on downloading your data.
Fairmont State is transitioning from TaskStream to Coursedog to better support the university’s assessment needs. Below are important details regarding this transition, including key deadlines and required actions.
All AY 2024-25 program- and course-level assessment data must be entered into TaskStream by the close of business on May 23, 2025.
Please note: This deadline is a bit earlier than in previous years, so it is important faculty plan accordingly. The May 23rd timeline will ensure the transition team can securely back up all current assessment data before the system is retired.
Once you have entered your data, please email your department chair and copy your dean to confirm completion.
In the coming weeks, the transition team will provide further details on how your AY 2025-2026 assessment data will be collected, given TaskStream will no longer be available for the next assessment cycle, and Coursedog’s Assessment Cloud will not be ready until later. Assessment data will be uploaded to Coursedog.
