CMCS offers the use of the templating software Marq to create, update, and maintain program sheets.If you need assistance, please email Zach Alderson at zalderson@fairmontstate.edu. 

CMCS only orders Tablecloths & Nametags as these are a standard design we want to keep consistent. All other swag items can be ordered through your college, dept or unit. We however are happy to provide you with correct logos and or design assistance once you have chosen your swag item.  

Yes, CMCS recommends ordering items through specifics vendors—they are trusted partners that do quality work. However other vendors can be used, as well. Feel free to reach out to us at CMCS@fairmontstate.edu to discuss.

The final step is to have your vendor send a digital proof to CMCSReview@fairmontstate.edu before printing. We will ensure the art is used correctly, which can save your unit time and money if printed incorrectly.
