Yes. It is recommended that these transactions take place in partnership with CMCS, as we have a list of approved vendors and have already done the groundwork to expedite the process of hiring outside contractors to provide photography and video services on campus.
Every college, program and service available to our students is entitled to these services at no cost, but only within reason. If we determine that what is being asked for is outside of our capacity or providing services inequitably (more to one area than others) CMCS can work with you to realize your expectations in partnership with outside contractors and reconcile those charges accordingly.
