FSU Community Chorus to Perform Dec. 8 Concert

The Fairmont State University Community Chorus, directed by Dr. Sam Spears, will perform a Service of Lessons and Carols at 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 8, at First Presbyterian Church, 301 Jackson St., Fairmont.
Admission is free and open to the public. A goodwill offering will be collected at the event. For more information, call (304) 367-4219.
The program will include music by J.S. Bach, Benjamin Britten, John Stainer and others. John Morrison will accompany the choir on the church’s wonderful pipe organ. The concert will also feature the First Presbyterian Church Cambridge Handbell Choir.
