Fairmont State University Academy for the Arts Announces Exciting Fall 2024 Classes
The Fairmont State University Academy for the Arts has announced its lineup of classes for the Fall 2024 season, offering a wide range of programs in the performing and visual arts for students of all ages, from kindergarten to adulthood.
The Academy provides comprehensive programs that accommodate a variety of interests and skill levels. From musical theatre for children to ceramics for adults, classes are designed with flexible scheduling options to suit busy families.
"We are delighted to introduce this selection of classes this fall," said Leigh Anne Riley, director of performing arts, outreach, and development. "Alongside our popular school-aged programs, we are offering adult classes in ceramics. The Academy’s commitment to excellence is reflected in our talented instructors, who are drawn from Fairmont State University’s faculty and local educators. Our facilities at Fairmont State provide a vibrant environment for students to thrive in areas such as musical theatre, acting, improv, dance, voice, and more."

- Squish, Roll, Coil: Hand-Built Ceramic Flowerpots for Beginners

- Mini Maestros
- Indoor Color Guard
In addition to group classes, the Academy offers private lessons in acting, dance, and music, including instruction in all instruments and voice, for ages 5 and up throughout the year.
