Dueling Pianos returns to benefit Fairmont State Alumni Association

The Fairmont State Alumni Association and CEC- Civil and Environmental Consultants join together again to host the 2nd Dueling Pianos Fundraiser at Fairmont State University. The event will be on Friday March 20th, 2020 in Colebank Hall at Fairmont State University. A social hour begins at 6 p.m., dinner at 7 p.m., followed by the performance.

Dueling pianos is a fun-filled form of entertainment, usually on stage with two “grand pianos” played by professionals who sing and entertain; humor and audience participation are prevalent and encouraged. 

“As an alumna of Fairmont State, I know firsthand the important work that the Fairmont State University Alumni Association does in building and maintaining quality relationships,” said Devanna Corley, Principal, Director of Strategic Client Development. “As an owner of CEC and benefactor of many talented alumni who are the result of top-notch academic programs that we employ, it is CEC’s pleasure to once again partner for an evening of entertainment, fellowship and fundraising. “

“I am delighted that CEC is supporting the Fairmont State family with this fun-filled dueling-pianos event.  There will be something for everyone to enjoy and I am so pleased they will be bringing this event to our campus and our community to support our students and our alumni,” said Mary Jo Thomas, President of the Fairmont State Alumni Association. 

This is a high-energy music show where you’ll sing, cheer, and laugh, but more than that, you’ll be entertained - and raise money for a great cause! All proceeds will benefit the Fairmont State University Alumni Association General Fund.  In addition to the event, there will be many ways in which you can donate. Be sure to bring cash for our silent auction, 50/50 raffle, alumni apparel, and song requests!

Tickets prices are $25 for single, or $175 for a reserved table of 8. Your ticket price includes entry, dinner, drinks, and dessert during the show. Must be 21 or over to attend the event.
