Starbucks Holds Manager Recruitment Fair--April 26
With several local universities to choose from, Starbucks is heading to Fairmont State next week to hold a management recruitment fair. Fairmont State students are more than a number and Starbuck’s staff are more than employees, they are Partners.
The fair will be held on April 26 from 11 a.m. – 2 p.m. on Main Street in the Falcon Center. Several regional managers will be available to speak with students and community members regarding the available opportunities with the company. With many new locations opening in north central West Virginia, there is a need for assistant managers and store managers.
Benefits-eligible partners (those working 20 or more hours a week) can get a wide range of perks, benefits and assistance. Total Pay package is called “Your Special Blend.” It’s a benefits package that is tailored to the needs of their partners. “Your Special Blend” might include bonuses, 401(k) matching and discounted stock purchase options. Adoption assistance and health coverage for partners, dependents, and domestic partners is offered.
