Spring Enrollment Begins for Academy for the Arts
The Fairmont State University Academy for the Arts is now accepting enrollments for the Academy spring 2014 term, which will begin the week of Feb. 17.
New classes and private lessons will be offered in art, music and theatre and will be available for local community students ages 5 through adult. Academy private lessons for the spring include: Music (all instruments including voice), Acting and Digital Art Making. Academy classes for the spring include the following: Art- Explorers of the World Sculpture and Mommy/Daddy and Me Art; Theatre- The Teen Actor, Intro to Puppetry and Mask Making, Creative Play and Play Makers: Reaching for the Stars; Music- Commercial Music Repertoire, Guitar Ensemble and Let’s Explore Music.
The FSU Academy for the Arts, operated through the School of Fine Arts, offers reasonable prices and discounts for multiple class or family enrollments.
