Guitar Ensemble Concert Planned for April 21

 The Fairmont State University Guitar Department will present an ensemble concert at 8 p.m. Thursday, April 21, in Room 229 of Wallman Hall. Admission to the concert is free and open to the public.

A variety of works will be presented for guitar ensemble, as well as for duo and solo format. Music for the performance will range in style from the renaissance to the 20th century. Selections will include new arrangements by director Patrick Joyce of works by Francis Pilkington, Orlando di Lasso, J.S. Bach and Scott Joplin.

The Fairmont state Guitar Ensemble includes Matt Bradley, Greg Hayhurst, Sean Lee, Josh Lucas, Tristram Salisbury and Logan Sindledecker.
