Education Networking Event Planned for March 22

The Office of Career Services of Fairmont State University and Pierpont Community & Technical College will host a 2010 Education Networking Event on Monday, March 22.

FSU and Pierpont students, as well as alumni and the general public, are invited to attend the event from 5 to 7 p.m. March 22 in the Falcon Center third floor conference rooms. Those who would like to attend should RSVP by calling (304) 367-4214 or by e-mailing Brenda.Cain@fairmontstate.edu.

Parking will be available behind the Education Building and the Falcon Center after 4 p.m. or any time in the parking garage.

The event will be open format, which means that those who attend will be able to move freely throughout the room to visit various school districts represented. Representatives of the school districts may invite attendees to meet with them for more in-depth job interviews. Employers will be provided with a list of those attending, their education specialization and their contact information. Those attending should dress professionally and bring copies of their resumes.
