Friday Night Family Movie May 1

Fairmont State University and Pierpont Community & Technical College Student Government is sponsoring a Free Friday Night Family Movie on Friday, May 1.

The movie, "The Tale of Despereaux," will be shown at 6 p.m. in the Colebank Hall gym. The movie is rated G. Parking will be available on the top level of the parking garage. Admission and popcorn are free.

"We are thrilled to bring the enchanting story of the brave, little mouse Despereaux to the children and families of the Fairmont community," said Laurie Johnston, Director of Student Activities. "Our Free Friday Night Family Movies are a nice break for parents with small kids, who don't want to spend a fortune on movie tickets. This is a great movie for all ages"
