Family Health Fair & Carnival on March 28

Fairmont State University will host a Family Health Fair and Carnival on Friday, March 28.

Sponsors for the event, planned for 6-8 p.m. in Falcon Center Gym 1, are FSU Student Government, Student Affairs and FSU Student Organizations. Admission is free and open to the public. Featured will be informative carnival booths related to family health issues. Activities are geared toward families with children ages 12 and younger.

The following carnival booths will be offered and are listed with their sponsoring organization: AST Exercise Challenge, Alpha Sigma Tau; Teeth Brushing Egg Station, Black Student Union; Speech & Hearing Importance, Delta Zeta; Guess the Yummies, Family & Consumer Science Honorary; Everyday Stretching, Increasing Our Faith; Dance Dance Revolution, Intramurals; Timed Obstacle Course, Intramurals; Music for Your Mind, Kappa Kappa Psi; Make Your Own Snack Mix, Student Government; Mr. Yuck, Student Health Services; Environmentally Friendly Game, Students Taking Action in Nature's Defense; Kid's Karaoke, Tobacco Free Falcons. There will also be a bouncy house, cartoon characters, free prizes and free refreshments.
