FS Foundation Adds New Team Members

Sep 29, 2005

Fairmont State Foundation, Inc., announces new additions to its team. Sean P. Riley, M.P.A., has accepted the position as Manager of Alumni and Development Records; Lori J. Postlethwait has joined the team as a Program Assistant I; and John M. Reesman, M.A., has been named as the new Executive Assistant to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement.

Riley owned Data Management Services of West Virginia, LLC, a consulting organization serving West Virginia's small business and nonprofit agencies in the areas of information technology training, database development, financial management, grant writing and capacity development. He also serves as a certified Microsoft Office Master Instructor at West Virginia Junior College in Morgantown.

Postlethwait began working with the Fairmont State Foundation, Inc., part-time in October and was named employee of the quarter in August. As the new Program Assistant, Postlethwait will assist in the day to day operations of the Fairmont State Foundation, Inc., and general office management of the Erickson Alumni Center.

Reesman previously served as a student initiatives specialist for the Office of the Vice President for Student Affairs at WVU. He graduated with his Master of Arts in educational leadership from WVU in August 2004.

"Each brings their own experience and education to Foundation operations," said K. Jean Ahwesh, Vice President for Institutional Advancement and Executive Director of the Fairmont State Foundation, Inc. "They are all great additions to our team and have proven themselves individually as great assets to Fairmont State and the Fairmont State community."
