What's Included?

Two (2) hours on one (1) court in Falcon Center Gym.
Sports equipment OR scooters can be available upon request.
Parties may bring their own food and beverages into the public areas on the 2nd level of the Falcon Center during the scheduled party time (2 hours) on a first come first serve basis.
15 minute setup and takedown time allotted before and after the party.

Party Cost - $225

Need Private Space?

The Falcon Center now offers conference rooms for private, after party receptions.

To price and check availability on the conference rooms, please contact the Conference Service Offices at 304-367-4090.

Making a Reservation

If you are interested in having a party at the Falcon Center please complete the Party Request form

Space only available on Saturday and Sunday.
Entire balance must be paid in full prior to party being scheduled.

Food & Beverage

Parties may bring their own food and beverages into the public areas on the 2nd level of the Falcon Center during the scheduled party time (2 hours) on a first come first serve basis.
Please note that there will not be storage for holding of any food or beverages.
The Chick-fil-A area is open to the public at all times and no space will be reserved.

Reservation Policies & Late Fees

Parties need to be requested, reserved and registered at least 7 days prior to your event. We will do our best to accommodate you- parties are on a first come first serve basis.

Requesting, reserving and registering your event less than 7 days in advance does not guarantee a booking and a $75 late fee is applied to your final cost.
