Pool Reservations

Celebrate Any Occasion By Reserving Space In The Pool

All reservations and payment are made through our online payment portal.  Please contact Heidi Hormell at (304) 368-7223 or Heidi.Hormell@fairmontstate.edu.

What's Included?

  • Two hours of use of the Falcon Center Pool in three of the four lanes. The other one lane will remain open for lap swimming at all times.
  • Parties may bring their own food and beverages into the public areas on the 2nd level of the Falcon Center during the scheduled party time (2 hours) on a first come first serve basis. 
  • 15-minute setup and takedown time allotted before and after the party.
  • Parties include up to 50 total people that include swimmers and non-swimmers.

Need Private Space?

The Falcon Center now offers conference rooms for private, after party receptions. To price and check availability on the conference rooms, please contact the Conference Service Offices at 304-367-4090.

Food & Beverage

  • Parties may bring their own food and beverages into the public areas on the 2nd level of the Falcon Center during the scheduled party time (2 hours) on a first come first serve basis. 
  • Please note that there will not be storage for holding of any food or beverages.
  • The Chick-fil-A Area is open to the public at all times and no space will be reserved.
