• 1st preference shall be for Fairmont State University students studying abroad in Calabria, Italy and 2nd preference shall be for West Virginia Resident students enrolled at Fairmont State University.

• Students may be full-time graduate or full-time undergraduate students, with preference to undergraduate students
• Students must be a resident of West Virginia with a grade point average of 3.0 or higher and have financial need as determined by the FAFSA and or the Fairmont State University Office of Financial Aid
• Recipients shall be determined by the Fairmont State University Office of Financial Aid and the Coordinator for Educational Pathways for International Centers and Students (EPICS)
