Pre-order your Fairmont State License Plate Today!
For the first time, Fairmont State University alumni, Fighting Falcons fans, employees and students who reside in West Virginia have an opportunity to pre-order a Fairmont State University specialty license plate. Preliminary interest applications are being accepted through February 5, 2025.
Show your Falcon pride by being one of the first to submit your pre-order. When the University receives its first 100 preliminary interest applications, final design and production of the license plate will begin.

Frequently Asked Questions
A check for $91.50 will cover the cost of the license plate for the first year or portion of the first year. These plates will expire July 1st of each year. This is a flat fee for all applicants and is not prorated. This initial application process is only to determine whether our organization has the minimum level of interest to pursue the design and manufacturing of the new license plate. Please continue to renew your current license plate during this process.
After submitting your application, you should receive an email confirming receipt. When the minimum pre-order threshold of 100 has been met, we will communicate with all applicants and confirm that the process is moving forward. A final update will be provided when plates have gone into production.
