FSU to Host Miss West Virginia Pageant in June
The Miss West Virginia and Miss West Virginia Outstanding Teen Pageant will take place June 21 through 24 on the main campus of Fairmont State University. With the theme “Counting Stars,” this year marks the 70th show on June 24.
Tickets can be purchased at the door; credit cards will not be accepted. Events will take place in the Falcon Center. The Miss West Virginia Organization and Pageant is an official preliminary to the Miss America Scholarship Program. The goal of the organization is to promote the education of young women ages 17 to 24 who reside in West Virginia by providing educational scholarships at every local pageant and the annual state pageant.
