School of Fine Arts Hosts Art Education Association Conference
The West Virginia Art Education Association (WVAEA) will hold its annual conference at Fairmont State University on Friday and Saturday, Oct. 26 and 27. The conference will be hosted by FSU’s School of Fine Arts.
Attending the event are West Virginia art teachers from pre-k through 12th grade and higher education institutions and the State Art Coordinator. The conference participants will spend two days in class sessions that will discuss art in the classroom through hands-on opportunities and new developments in art education theory.
