Family Fun Day Planned for Jan. 22

The Fairmont State Alumni Association, in conjunction with Fairmont State University Athletics, will host Family Fun Day on Saturday, Jan. 22, at Joe Retton Arena.  

The day centers around FSU'smatch-up against Alderson-Broaddus College in women’s (2 p.m.) and men’s (4 p.m.) basketball. Children will have the chance to win a bike, along with bike safety gear, at halftime of each game and T-shirts will be given to the first 100 children attending the women’s game. Additionally, there will be a pizza party for all the fans between the women’s and men’s games (roughly 3:30 p.m.).

All children under 12 are admitted for free with a paying adult. Tickets for the game are $8 reserved, $7 adult general admission and $4 senior general admission.
