CMP Program Presents Fall Recitals

The Fairmont State University and Pierpont Community & Technical College Community Music Program fall recitals will be presented at 3 and 5 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 16, in rooms 229 and 236 of Wallman Hall on the main campus.

Students ages 4 through high school studying with the Community Music Program or Gaston Caperton Center Music Program for children and adults will present recitals."  Performances will include piano, voice, strings, guitar and woodwinds. Teachers presenting students are the following: piano," John Morrison, Nancy Bird and Elizabeth Etnoyer; voice, Anne Schooley; strings, John Morrison and Anne Hamilton; guitar, John Vaughan; flute, Ruth Brooks.

The Community Music Program has year-round studies for all areas of private music study. Registration for the spring term is now being held and continues through Jan. 30, 2009."  For more information, call (304) 366-3758 or e-mail anschooley@mteer.com.
