Volunteer Training Event Planned
Pierpont Community & Technical College of Fairmont State University's Center for Workforce
Education is hosting an all-day training session on "Volunteer Management Basics"
on Wednesday, March 28.
The training, designed for community-based organizations in North Central West Virginia,
will introduce participants to the basics of recruitment, retention, recognition and
risk management of volunteers. The training is scheduled for 9:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The Center for Workforce Education is located at 320 Adams St., Ground Floor, Fairmont.
