Job & Career Fair Set for Feb. 21

Fairmont State students, alumni and members of the community interested in employment are invited to attend the annual Fairmont State Job & Career Fair hosted by the Office of Career Services. The fair provides students and alumni the opportunity to network with employers representing a wide variety of areas.

Freshmen through alumni are encouraged to attend the fair to learn more about current and future employment opportunities as well as internship opportunities.

The fair will be held from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Wednesday, Feb. 21, in the Falcon Center, Gym 1.

A record number of employers participated in the 2006 Job Fair, and about 90 companies are registered to attend the 2007 Job & Career Fair. The fair will consist of an open forum allowing students and alumni the opportunity to gather career and employment related information from employers, as well as the opportunity to submit their resume for interview consideration.
