CMP Students Present Recitals

Fairmont State University's Community Music Program presented fall recitals on Nov.19 for students ages 5-17 who take classes on the main FSU campus and at the Gaston Caperton Center in Clarksburg. Students who completed studies for the fall 2006 semester presented pieces for piano, voice, strings, flute and guitar.

The following students offered performances:
Piano: Matian Moreno, Jana and Jerome Batten, Sophia Manchin, Lauren Shanholtzer, Kiera Poling, Fisher and Raymond Rector, Hailey Garrett, Elliott Herberger, Madison Fitch, Lauren Sansalone, Auri Ana Shay, Emily Stewart, Randi Gilbert, Danielle Price, Bridget Horner, Rachel Martin, Emily DeVault. Voice: Laura Hopkins, Rachel Greene, Brittany Fornash, Katie Cavis, Isabella Lopez, Shannon Shaw, Kristen McCutcheon, Leah Michael, Sarah Swiger, Bobbi Schoor, Rebecca and Elizabeth Kocsis. Violin: Dan Cooley, Maya Flowers, Heather McKibben, Brittany Fornash, Tiffany Mikaliak, Tiffany Thomas, Joel Sampson, Alisha Moreno, Camille Fenz, Eleni Hadjis, Zane Dixon. Flute: Erika Edwards, Deidre Tobin, Nina Sabak. Guitar: Jon Sampson, J.R. Keener.

Artist faculty of the students performing are Nancy Bird, Natalie Camele Buckley, James Atha, John Morrison, Stephanie Adlington, Anne Schooley, Ruth Brooks, Charlotte Cobas, Anne Hamilton and John Vaughan.
