QuickBooks Complete' Seminar Planned
QuickBooks 2006 is a tool that small business owners can use to automate the tasks
they are already performing: invoicing customers, recording payments, paying bills
and managing inventory.
A two-day QuickBooks 2006 workshop is scheduled for November 14-15 from 8 a.m. to
4 p.m. at Pierpont Community & Technical College of Fairmont State University's Center
for Workforce Education at Veterans Square in downtown Fairmont. The training session
is open to the public and is being conducted by the Pierpont C&TC Small Business Development
Center. The "QuickBooks Complete" training seminar is a hands-on, 12-hour training
session that will help businesses manage accounts, track sales and expenses and create
financial reports and other tools.
As seating is limited to 20 people, those interested in attending the seminar should
pre-register by calling (304) 367-4920. Cost for the workshop is $299.
The SBDC is partially funded by the U.S. Small Business Administration, although
such funding does not constitute an expressed or implied endorsement of any of the
co-sponsors or participants opinions, products or services. All SBDC workshops are
co-sponsored by the West Virginia Development Office. Special arrangements for the
