Schaupp Named Treasurer of International Board
At its annual conference in Orlando, Fla., on April 19-21, the International Assembly
for Collegiate Business Education (IACBE) elected its new Board of Directors and Board
of Commissioners.
Dr. Rebecca Schaupp, Dean of the School of Business at Fairmont State University,
was elected Treasurer of the Board of Directors for the IACBE.
IACBE is one of three business degree accrediting bodies for colleges and universities
in the United States and throughout the world. Currently, IACBE has 216 member institutions
and is the fastest growing business accrediting body in the world. It is anticipated
that the membership will increase to 300 by 2007.
IACBE has branch locations in Paris, France, San Juan Puerto Rico and Mangilao, Guam.
