Seminar to Focus on Business Continuation

Fairmont State's Center for Workforce Education, located at 320 Adams St., Suite G1, in downtown Fairmont, will host a seminar on business continuation and succession planning.

The workshop, presented by John Bonasso, CLU, Financial Representative for Luttner Financial Group, Ltd., will discuss different ways to address individual business needs including the following: common business continuation problems, adverse effects of business termination, ten problems concerning buy-sell agreements and the business succession plan process.

The workshop will be offered at two different times, from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. or from 6 to 8 p.m., on Jan. 26, 2006. The cost will be $15 per person.
