Check for any outstanding holds

Please log into myfairmontstate.edu to check for any holds on your account.

Once you have applied for graduation, a reapply hold will be placed onto your account just before registration for the following term. This hold is to prevent pending graduates from registering for a term past their graduation date without reapplying for admission.

Graduation Audit Appointments

It is important to apply early or by the deadline for graduation and to complete your graduation audit appointment to make sure that you are ready to graduate. Graduation audits are provided for students who have applied for graduation only.  All other students must see their academic advisor.  Graduation audits are provided via campus email accounts.

To request an audit, please call 304-367-4659 or email graduation@fairmontstate.edu. Please check your campus email account often for degree audit update information.  Master's degree students should see their Department advisor for degree audits.  Regents Bachelor of Arts students will need to meet with Pamela Stephens for degree audit information.  All education majors will see the College of Education for degree audit requests.

**Please note: Students who apply after the late application deadline may be subject to a late fee and are not guaranteed to receive a degree audit in time for registration. Graduation audits will not be processed during the months that Commencement Ceremonies are held (December and May).
