Pence Hall Impact

Pence Hall

The first men's residence hall built on Fairmont State's campus, Pence Hall joined our community in 1957.  Updated to modern standards and opened to all residents, Pence Hall is now one of our three traditional-style living options.  The residence hall is located close to the Feaster Center, Falcon Center, Duvall-Rosier Field, Hunt-Haught Hall, the Education Building, and other academic buildings.

Largest Lobby

For students who want the most social atmosphere on campus, nothing beats Pence Hall's massive common area.  Whether it's time to watch the big game, relax with some games of pool, or study with your classmates, Pence Hall's lobby has plenty of space and amenities to meet your needs.

Front-Door Parking

Although students are welcome to park in many lots around campus, nothing beats the convenience of this central lot available to our Pence Hall residents.  You'll be especially thankful on game nights when you are only a minute's walk away!

Mobile Furniture

If you want to maximize space, make a comfortable study nook, or just try something different, feel free to customize the layout of your room however you like!
