Student Decal Information

Please visit the University Police Office to trade in your current decal. The office is located in the lobby of Pence Hall and is open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. until 6:30 p.m. 

To ensure that the process for obtaining your decal is efficient, please follow the instructions below if you are a new incoming student.

1. Go to the Parking Portal
2. Click on View Permits
3. Choose the 3rd option " Student 1st Vehicle"

The information needed to complete the vehicle registration is as follows:

• Full name
• Address
• Driver's license number
• Date of birth
• Phone number where you can be reached
• Make, model, and color of your vehicle
• License plate number and the State issuing the plate
• E-mail address of the account you check most often
• Student ID number - It can be found at the bottom of your student ID card and in your FELiX account beside your name. It starts with F00.

Decals are registered to a specific vehicle. They cannot be exchanged between other vehicles.

Please be reminded that your campus parking pass should be placed in the right, front passenger windshield toward the bottom. Your barcode and numbers need to be clearly visible.

Failure to follow these guidelines will result in parking citations. Citations will begin to be issued on Monday, August 16th.
