FSU Football to Host Fan Appreciation Day

The Fairmont State football team will host Fan Appreciation Day during its first scrimmage of summer camp on Sunday, Aug. 17, at 3 p.m.

Fans will have the opportunity to get a first look at the Fairmont State football team during a scrimmage starting at 3 p.m. at Duvall-Rosier Field to wrap up the first week of summer camp. Following the scrimmage, FSU players will sign autographs for all fans.

The Falcons will return 14 starters, including nine on offense, and 34 letter winners when they take the field for the 2014 season.

Coach Jason Woodman and the Falcons will open up the 2014 season on Thursday, September 4 when Notre Dame College comes to town for the Mountain East Conference opener at Duvall-Rosier Field.
