Area High School Students Win Art Scholarships
Fairmont State University's Department of Art held a regional high school exhibition
Nov. 8-30 in the Tower Room of Wallman Hall. Students from Wirt County, Liberty, Fairmont
Senior and Phillip Barbour high schools were represented.
Two students who participated in the exhibit were selected to win scholarship stipends.
The winners are Brianna Davis from Liberty High School and Earl Ambrozak from Fairmont
Senior.
Honorable mentions were awarded to Greg Swiger of Fairmont Senior; Logan Jones of
Wirt County; and Lily Cain of Phillip Barbour. The awards were determined by the faculty
members of the Department of Art.
