Student Complaint Form

Please submit any complaint you may have as a student attending Fairmont State University by using the form below. Your complaint will be forwarded to the appropriate faculty or staff member for resolution.

Students may appeal SARA course complaint decisions to the Higher Education Policy Commission as the SARA Portal Entity. The link to the HEPC complaint process is http://www.wvhepc.edu/inside-the-commission/special-initiatives/state-authorization-reciprocity-agreement-sara/.
