University Terrace is Fairmont State's newest residence hall

The luxurious facility is divided into three buildings, facing North, West, and East, and features direct tunnel access to the practice field and walkways to the Feaster Center. 

University Terrace offers state-of-the-art, apartment-style living spaces and suites (studio single, double and quad apartments). That allows you to enjoy the community and benefits of living on campus while also enjoying more privacy and personal space. All units are furnished.

Support While Living at UT

For general questions about housing, policies, or life at University Terrace, contact the Residence Director (RD) during normal business hours at (304) 367-4949. The RD Office is located in the North Building, adjacent to the front desk, in the large glass office.

If you are locked out, have an urgent residential concern, or need immediate assistance after hours, the Resident Assistant (RA) on call is available 24/7 at (304) 290-2904.
