The Nest - Student Food Bank

What is the NEST?

The overall mission of the NEST to provide Fairmont State students in need with essential resources such as food, hygiene and baby and infant products. The NEST is located on the second floor of the Falcon Center (also known as Main Street), and is situated next to the Student Government Association Office next to the Falcon Commons entrance.

What is available in the NEST?

The NEST carries canned foods, boxed meals, and grab n' go snack items for students to take home, as well as baby food products and formula, and hygiene products such as toothpaste, feminine hygiene products, and diapers.

Who can use the NEST?

All Fairmont State students.

Nest Hours of Operation

Varies per semester, see hours on the door of the NEST.


All food donations may be brought to the NEST during operation hours or dropped off at the reception desk during Falcon Center hours. For special delivery times or if you want to benefit the Nest and are unsure of what to provide, please contact Robin Yeager, 304-367-4783.
