New Students: Move-in time on August 16th is based on your residence hall--
2:30-4pm- Pence, Prichard
4:30-6pm- Morrow, Bryant Place
There will be staff members stationed at the main campus entrances to help direct you to the proper location.
Returning Students: Move-in day is Sunday, August 19th! You may start moving in at 9 am.

There will also be signs around campus that will help you know your way around campus. You might not be aware of some of the locations that will be mentioned below, but there will be Welcome Weekend staff that will point you in the direction you need to be headed.
If you are a resident of PENCE HALL or PRICHARD HALL, please follow these instructions:
MOVE IN TIME: 2:30 – 4:00 PM
- PENCE HALL:
Please enter through Squib Wilson Boulevard.
After unloading you will be instructed to park your car on the parking lot by Pence Hall.
- PRICHARD HALL:
Please come in through Bryant Street.
After unloading you will be instructed to park your car in the football field parking area.
If you are a resident in MORROW HALL or BRYANT PLACE, please follow these instructions:
MOVE IN TIME: 4:30 – 6:00 PM
- MORROW HALL:
Please enter through Squib Wilson Boulevard.
1st floor residents will unload in the Morrow Circle.
After unloading you will be instructed to park in the lower levels of the Parking Garage.
2nd and 3rd floor residents will unload in the top level of the Parking Garage.
After unloading you will be instructed to park in the lower levels of the Parking Garage.
- BRYANT PLACE:
Please enter through Bryant Street
1st – 3rd Floor residents unload at the Bryant Loop and Bryant Place Parking Lot.
After unloading you will be instructed to park in the lower levels of the Parking Garage.
4th – 6th Floor residents unload at the top level of the parking garage.
After unloading you will be instructed to park in the top or middle levels of the Parking Garage.
Please follow these directions and adhere to the time that we outlined above to help ensure a safe and smooth Move In. You are invited to attend the ongoing Community Resource Fair from 4-7 PM in Falcon Center Main Street. We also encourage the parents to attend the “Parent Information Session” from 6:30 – 7:30 PM at Colebank Gym after Move In.
