Our Fitness instructors are prepared to inspire and motivate you to change and/or continue healthy fitness-related behaviors.

NEW REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
STUDENTS & Facility Members
1. Students will no longer sign up for fitness classes and be put on a roster permanently for the session fitness classes. (unless they pay for the class).
2. Any student, who wishes to be guaranteed a spot in a certain class for every day of that session, can pay for the class (at student price) at the reception desk.
3. All students who wish to take a fitness class on any day, anytime, may do so for free. All they need to do is swipe their Falcon ID cards through the turnstile, give their card to the reception desk, then head to that particular class.
NON-MEMBERS 1. Rules are still the same for Non members—anyone who wishes to pay for fitness class one day pass or for a full class may do so at the reception desk. They will always be guaranteed a spot in the class that they have signed up for.

Classes are FREE to students
who have access to Falcon Center!
Access to Falcon Center may include:

Students who wish to be guarenteed a spot in a class for each day
may register for the class by paying the student price.

REFUND POLICIES
The Falcon Center reserves the right to cancel any instructional class with insufficient enrollment. You will receive a full refund if a program is cancelled by the Falcon Center.
A 75% refund is given if the refund request is turned in to the Falcon Center at least 24hours prior to the second class, with a verified illness or injury. Individuals with verified illness or injury must submit a refund request form before the last session of the class.
No refunds will be given after the registration deadline for classes meeting for three sessions or less. Late registrations are not eligible for refunds. Applications for a refund must be done in person at the Falcon Center Reception Desk.
CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Boot Camp
Get your body whipped into shape for the Summer! Boot Camp is a challenging, fun and effective class designed to use polymeric training to achieve total body results. The class structure is suitable for people of any fitness level. Using jump ropes, stretch bands, hand weights and total body exercises, we will create a fun and rewarding total body workout right in time for Summer.
Spin Fusion
This class combines 30-40 minutes of Spinning and 20-30 minutes of Weight Training into one super-class! You can get a great cardiovascular workout from Spinning, a non-impact, individually paced program that includes breathing awareness, heart rate training and motivational coaching. You can then utilize your breathing awareness in the Weight Training portion of class; designed to build strength, increase flexibility and through a highly focused flow of movements.
Yoga Fit
Enjoy a yoga based foundation with a twist of fitness. This class is designed to improve the health, performance, and mental acuity of individuals interested in improving their level of fitness. Based on the ancient fitness science of hatha yoga, it blends balance, strength, flexibility and power. Yoga-Fit overcomes the mystery of yoga by delivering a practical, user-friendly style, which is accessible, understandable, and doable by individuals at any level of fitness.
ZUMBAZumba is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! These routines are perfect for those who want to learn Latin dance moves while burning calories. Classes will feature both low & high intensity workouts that is easy to follow. ZUMBA is based on the principle that a workout should be "FUN AND EASY TO DO!"
Water Aerobics
A great cardiovascular workout with resistance training. This class is great for overall fitness and strength conditioning in a fun supportive environment.
Core Training Pilates
Improve your core strength, posture, energy, breathing and flexibility with this popular form of exercise. Class will focus on form and proper body alignments, core training with weights and balls and allow for modifications depending on your level of experience.
Belly DancingPossibly one of the oldest forms of dance, Bellydance is a series of movements designed to engage and awaken the entire body. A complete workout, this class emphasizes dance basics to engage the shoulders, arms, chest, abdominals, hips and thighs to create a stronger, more toned, and flexible body. Adjustable for any level of fitness, Bellydance is a celebration of life that will get your heart pumping.
30 Minute Abs
30 Minute Abs designed to teach you abdominal, back, and core training exercises to strengthen and tone your entire midsection which is vital to creating perfect posture and sculpting the abs you've always wanted. 30 minute Abs will use a variety of exercises both standing and on the floor to gain the most benefit from your workout.
ZUMBA HIP HOP
Ditch the work out and join the party!! Zumba Hip Hop with Laura Moore!!! I want you to want to work out, to love working out, and get hooked! I will also offer toning in this one exciting hour of calorie-burning, body-energizing, awe-inspiring movements.
Body Blast
Develop and tone your entire body, flatten those abs, lose those love handles or drop a few pounds. This class is perfect for getting into shape using a combination of weights, step drills, bender balls, stability balls along with a cardio workout designed to give you a maximum workout.

A fun and challenging class using pool tool accessories while learning different strokes, turns & breathing techniques. This is fun and innovative class designed to for new or experienced exercisers! You will be using Aqua gloves, noodles, resistance belts and pool buoys as well as learning all swim strokes, turns & breathing techniques. Practice by with the instructor, by yourself of with a friend!
FITNESS CLASS POLICIES
- Classes are a group activity; we request that you follow the instructor's routine.
- The warm-up at the beginning of the class is an important part of the workout; please try to attend each class from the start.
- Be considerate of others workout space.
- Please wait for a class to conclude before entering the studio to setup for the next scheduled class.
- Appropriate exercise attire (including shoes) should be worn at all times.
- Please leave personal belongings and gym bags in the locker room.
- Closable, unbreakable water bottles are permitted and must be kept at the perimeter of the studio.
- We request that cell phones and pagers be on silent mode.
