That’s right, in Chef Mahoney’s seven-step-sauce’n class you’ll be able to complement those meals with the appropriate condiment and the classiest of condiments. Sauza! From topping that beautiful steak, to adding the finishing touch to that marinated chicken breast.  Or maybe you need something to dip that eggroll in because you forgot to grab the plum sauce. Come join Jay and learn how easy it is to “whip up a batch” of gravy in minutes, or add a little Zinfandel to impress friends.
