To guarantee our ability to be able to be present, requests should be submitted at the start of the semester during which your event will be held or at a MINIMUM of 4 weeks in advance of the event. We will do our best to honor any requests we receive with less notice than this but cannot guarantee our availability for requests sent with less than 4 weeks notice.
