This presentation describes a variety of techniques, attitudes, and activities that can help you minimize the impact of stress and anxiety on your life and maximize your enjoyment and productivity in college. Common sources of anxiety and stress will be discussed. Practical suggestions for prevention and coping will be offered. Information about when and how to seek help with also be provided.
