Benefits Office

Welcome to the Benefits Office

We encourage employees to review their benefit coverage, covered dependents and beneficiaries on a regular basis.

Life events provide the opportunity to prepare for the future. When these opportunities arise, please remember to call the Benefits Office for assistance in initiating appropriate changes to your benefit plans.

PEIA allows family status changes for health plans the month of the "qualifying event" and the 2 following months. The Mountaineer Flexible Benefits plans (dental/vision/spending accounts) allows changes within 60 days of a "qualifying event".

We invite you to contact us with questions or requests for services. The Benefits Office is located in Room 230B, Hardway Hall.
