The scholarship is made in the honor and memory of Susan Ullom Waronicki, a graduate of Fairmont State and the School of Nursing. The scholarship founders were William (Bill) Ullom and his wife, Linda.

West Virginia Community Educational Outreach Service - This scholarship is available to West Virginia students (sophomores and above) enrolled in Fairmont State University.  (Other schools apply, see brochure for more information.)
