INTERNATIONAL STUDENTS ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Application for Admission (Must be received at least six weeks prior
to semester start date)
2. Certified (official) English translation of your high school transcript
3. Official TOEFL scores of at least 500 (paper) or 173 (computer) Obtain
TOEFL information from the nearest U.S. Consulate

5. Certified (official) English translation of your college or university work
6. Health form signed by a physician approved by U.S. Consular Authority

MMR (Measles, Mumps and Rubella)

Meningococcal Vaccine
IMMUNIZATIONS RECOMMENDED
Polio Series
Tetanus-Diptheria-Pertussis (Td and aP, or Tdap within the past 5 years)
Hepatitis A Vaccine
Hepatitis B Series
Varicella Vaccine (or history of chicken pox)
Annual Influenza Vaccines
